You have told us what you thought about the rule clearly and included some reasons why you agree with getting a big fine for overfishing, ka pai. Perhaps next time you could include some information about other rules in our waters, like how many shellfish people are allowed to take home from a beach, did you know there are limits to how many shellfish you can take home?
Thank you for sharing your opinion, I too think it's fair to get a fine. Overfishing is a serious problem and like you said a lot life depends on having fish in our waters. Hopefully people and commercial fishing companies that overfish change their ways before they are issued with a hefty fine.
