I like the way you have organised descriptions of your beast into categories (what it smells, sounds and feels like), you've made a good start so well done. :)
Perhaps next time you could add more finer details to what you have. For example, your beast is described as being loud, what kind of noises does it make? Does it have a high pitched voice? Or does it have a deep voice like an Arctic Wolf? What does its face look like? Does it have a snout, or eyes? The possibilities are endless!
I love the movie Fantastic Beasts, have you seen it? One of my favourite creatures from the film was the Newt's Bowtruckle, I just thought its tiny green, twig like body and little brown eyes were really cute!
